Revised Operating Hours of Certain Offices Under MOM From 3 June Onwards

Singapore’s Ministry of Manpower (“MOM”) has announced that certain offices under MOM will change the operating hours from 3 June onwards. Both Hall C of the MOM Service Centre and the Employment Pass Service Centre are the offices with the newly revised operating hours.

According to the latest information on MOM’s website, the new operating hours of both offices will be from 8am to 5.30pm, Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays).

 

Hall C of the MOM Service Centre

1. New Operating Hours: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm (Mondays to Fridays, except public holidays)
2. Process:
   • Card registration and lost card interviews for Work Permit holders,
   • Card registration and lost card interviews for S Pass holders and their dependants.

 

Employment Pass Service Centre

1. New Operating Hours: 8:00 am – 5:30 pm (Mondays to Fridays, except public holidays)
2. Process:
   • Card registration,
   • Lost card interview,
   • Pass insurance,
   • Cancellation processes.

Note: the aforementioned processes are for Employment Pass Holders and their dependants.
