Information Required
To make sure that we have got all the necessary information to incorporate your company (Local entrepreneur), please provide us with the following information:
- Proposed company names
- A principal activities description (maximum of two activities)
- Copy of Local Singapore NRIC of the proposed Company’s directors, shareholders, and beneficial owners.
- An address proof of Singapore registered office address(registered office address or physical office address), if any. We provide Registered Office Service if required.
- Amount of paid-up share capital (liability of the shareholder — minimum of SGD $1)(We recommend a paid-up share capital of $100,000 if you are applying for an employment pass; however please be reminded that this is a non-key-consideration factor and there is no guarantee of an approval of your work pass with high share capital amount).
- A breakdown of shareholders percentages if there is more than one shareholder.
- Contact information of shareholder, beneficial owners, director and application.
- Address of principal place of business (i.e. place where the business operation is being/to be carried out)
