A one-stop HDB Flat Portal is now available in Singapore, making it easier to purchase your dream home. The portal was launched by the Housing and Development Board (HDB).

It’s easier for Singaporeans to afford their dream home, thanks to the information provided on the HDB Flat Portal. On it, you will find everything that you need to know about purchasing or selling a flat.
Effective and Efficient Portal
The new online portal will halve the time needed for resale flat transactions from 16 weeks to around eight weeks, and reduce the number of appointments with HDB from two to one. This improves the efficiency of the transaction process.
The portal is rolled out progressively beginning 13 January. Among the top features included on this portal include:
- Financial calculators to help you gauge a property within your budget.
- The ability to check your sale proceeds on a property.
- Loan-listing services that will give information about HDB housing loans and information about other financial institutions.
- Flat-listing services that will list current available Built-to-Order (BTO) and upcoming flats.
The HDB Flat Portal is part of the HDB’s Resale Portal that was launched in January 2018. HDB aims to continue looking at more ways to improve the transaction process for home buyers and sellers.
