EnterpriseSG Launches Austin Office to Drive Digital Economy Growth in the U.S
Enterprise Singapore has opened a new office in Austin, Texas, to help local companies grow in the US market and support digital economy growth. This is its fourth US office, marking its official joining of the New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco.
The Austin centre will give businesses access to market insights, networks, and advisory support, making it easier to expand and build cross-border partnerships. It will also help US companies use Singapore as a gateway into Asia, further driving digital economy growth.
Austin was chosen for its fast-growing tech and start-up scene. The city is also strong in energy and advanced manufacturing, including semiconductors and electronics. These sectors align well with Singapore’s strengths in innovation and high-value industries.
Trade between Singapore and Texas is already significant, reaching nearly US$9 billion in 2025. Around 60 Singapore companies are operating there across areas like tech, energy, and logistics. This growing presence supports ongoing digital economy growth and creates more opportunities for collaboration.
Singapore is continuing to focus on staying open and connected globally, rather than turning inward. The new Austin office reflects this approach, helping businesses tap into new markets while strengthening long-term partnerships.
Overall, the move positions Singapore companies to scale in the US while contributing to steady digital economy growth through innovation, trade, and global expansion.
