Co-location of ACRA’s Service Counter at Revenue House commencing 3 Sep 2018
In order to make Singaporean’s dealings with government bodies easier via improved efficiency and coordinated services, ACRA’s service counter will be co-located at the Taxpayer Service Centre at Revenue House together with service counters of IRAS, SME Centre, and CorpPass from 3 September onwards.
Deemed a strategic way to improve productivity, this co-location will be able to enhance the way Singaporeans deal with ACRA, IRAS, SME Centre and CorpPass by offering convenient, accessible, integrated services from a single point of contact. The co-location will allow customers to obtain business-related service such as business registration, taxation, CorpPass and business advisory services under one roof.
On top of the advantage of single-point contact, the self-help kiosk is also the highlight of the co-location. Customers will be able to file their online transactions to ACRA and IRAS via the self-help kiosk. For example, customers can file their transaction in BizFile+ by logging in with their SingPass and identification number. In other words, the self-help kiosks allow those without a computer at home to file their online transactions easily.
