Job Responsibilities
• Manage phone calls, email enquiries and walk-in clients
• Provide administrative support to the department’s operations
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
• Minimum O Level and above
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Possess good interpersonal skills, displays initiative and positive working attitude
• Well-organised, meticulous and able to multi task
