Admin Executive Position in Singapore

Job Responsibilities

  • Able to deal with English and Chinese speaking clients
  • Provide administrative support to the department’s operations
  • Answering phone calls and email enquiries
  • Updating records and processing letters
  • Other ad hoc duties

Requirements

  • Bilingual in both English and Chinese (both oral and written) to liaise with chinese speaking client and associate
  • Microsoft Office Knowledge
  • Meticulous and keen eye for details
  • Able to start work immediately / short notice
