• Handle full range of company secretaries works
• Prepare board resolutions and minutes
• Update an maintain statutory registers and records
• Prepare & filling e-Forms with ACRA and e-Stamping of transfer forms
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
• Meeting clients and provide general advice on compliance requirements
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Degree holder preferably in Corporate Administration, Corporate Governance, Law, Accounting or Company Secretaries studies
• Possess CS/LLB or ICSA qualification
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in professional firms providing corporate secretarial services
• Familiar with Incorporation of Singapore Private Limited Company
• Familiar with ACRA Biz-filling requirements
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and under stress
• A can-do attitude that takes initiative and thrives in a start-up environment
