3E Accounting was invited to the Post-COS Dialogue with Minister of State (MOS) for National Development and Manpower Mr Zaqy Mohamad on 20 March 2020. The Human Capital Partnership Conversations event was organised by the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices or TAFEP to engage Human Capital Partners.

Moderated by Professor Annie Koh from the Singapore Management University, the Dialogue at the Devan Nair Institute for Employment and Employability covered several Budget 2020 programmes, from the $4.0 billion Stabilisation and Support Package, to the $1.3 billion Senior Worker Support Package.
