My Family Weekend Employer Networking Seminar is a forum organised by The Families for Life Council, for employers to share and pick up tips on how to develop a family-friendly workplace. The seminar brought together various Government agencies including Workforce Singapore and Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) who spoke about the Work-Life Grants and Tripartite Standards on Flexible-Work Arrangements.
Minister for Social and Family Development and Second Minister for National Development Desmond Lee graced the occasion with his presence.
During her presentation, Mee Chi shared about the benefits of a pro-family workplace and how it had contributed to 3E Accounting’s success and 800% topline increase with more motivated and loyal employees. She highlighted 3E Accounting’s commitment to progressive and fair employment practices with our adoption of all eight Tripartite Standards.
3E Accounting Puts Employees First
When 3E Accounting was established in 2011, founder Lawrence Chai invested in technology to help improve and maximise employee productivity. With technology, employees were able to enjoy flexible working arrangements. This proved successful in attracting working mothers and individuals who valued work-life balance.
Backed by VPN and Cloud-based systems, 3E Accounting made the commitment to, and implemented the Tripartite Standards on FWAs, including Flexi-Time and Flexi-Place. This created an environment that promotes work-life balance and family-friendly practices resulting in higher employee satisfaction and retention. Employees were also able to tap-on other pro-family initiatives like staggered working hours and time-off.
We are delighted and privileged to be featured in a number of media publications, who highlighted 3E Accounting’s employee engagement and benefits policy where employees as well as their spouses and kids can have been able to get reimbursement for optical, dental, health screening and fitness expenses, including gym memberships, since 2017.
