A Singapore visa is only pre-entry permission for the holder of a valid Singapore visa to travel to and seek entry, into Singapore. Check if You Need an Entry Visa. Please note that Singapore visa is not an immigration pass, therefore possession of a Singapore visa alone does not guarantee one’s entry into Singapore. The grant of an immigration pass and its duration will be determined by the ICA officers at the point of entry.
The Requirement of Singapore Entry Visa
Foreigners who holding a travel document issued by one of the countries or regions above cannot apply for the Singapore entry visa themselves, they will need to seek assistance from a local contact or authorised visa agent or strategic partner for filling visa application.
To apply for the Singapore entry visa, you need to prepare the following information requirement:
For Applicant
• Duly completed Form 14A.
• Applicant’s recent 3 months photo taken passport-sized colour photograph. (Photo Guidelines).
• A photocopy of the applicant’s passport bio-data page (valid for at least 3 months) from the date of his entry into Singapore
For Local Contact
• Passport Number and Date of Passport Expiry
• Duly completed Form V39A
