We are glad to present you our final newsletter for 2015.
It has been an eventful year as since the beginning of this year, the economic environment continues to be challenging, both domestic and worldwide. Despite such a challenging environment, we have continued to do our best to deliver quality services to our valued clients. My team members had continued to work hard as one united team and our efforts has seen results by the various recognition awarded to us this year. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my team members for their effort. I would also like to thank all our valued clients for believing in us and giving us their continuing support. Without their support we will not be able to achieve the various awards in 2015.
Next year, 3E Accounting will be celebrating its 5th year anniversary. In conjunction with the celebration, we will be launching our International Networking platform where we will have worldwide member firms to support and service our clients locally and internationally. We trust that the new platform will benefit our clients and will help them to bring their businesses to the next level of success.
As one of the 30 largest accounting firms in Singapore recognised by the Singapore Business Review Management Excellence Awards, December 2015, we will continue to strive as a leading service provider with the best one-stop solution service center. We will also continue to maintain our reputation as the fastest turn-around time service provider with response always within 24 hours. Most of our clients are able to get a response from us instantly or if not, within the same day.
Despite being the fastest turn-around time service provider in the industry, we are still working hard and are trying out new functions to improve our services. We have recently set up a live-chat portal for clients to contact us anytime at their convenience. They will get feedback from us instantly. We will continue to evolve and lead the way to be the best service provider making use of new technologies and systems for the benefit of our valued clients.
