3E Accounting’s Management Invited to Project We Care Business Dialogue 2020
3E Accounting’s management attended the first-ever hybrid-format Business Dialogue on 22 October 2020, held at the People’s Association Headquarters
as part of the Project We Care CEOs and Business Leaders Network.
Led by Project We Care Chairperson Wee Wei Ling and Vice-Chairperson Stanley Tan, Chief Executive Officer of Global Yellow Pages Ltd, delegates discussed the challenges faced by local SMEs and exchanged ideas and perspectives on the opportunities presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.
At the Plenary Panel Discussion, Minister for Trade and Industry and Deputy Chairman for People’s Association Chan Chun Sing, together with senior government agency heads, Enterprise Singapore Deputy Chief Executive Officer Ted Tan and SkillsFuture Singapore Deputy Chief Executive (Industry) Dr Michael Fung exchanged views and shared with delegates on the government schemes to support businesses affected by COVID-19. Three key areas were covered: 1) Manpower & Employability, 2) Business Resourcing & Remodeling and, 3) Digitalisation & Innovation.
For a professional corporate services provider like 3E Accounting, the success of our clients is our success. With the pandemic impacting many companies, SMEs have to pivot and expand our services into non-traditional areas. This is where government agencies can help by partnering SMEs for success.
The Project We Care Dialogue
“The Project We Care Dialogue encourages the cross-pollination of ideas. Prior to COVID-19, there was little distinction between companies following conventional or digital approaches. However, COVID-19 became a game-changer for businesses and helped validate 3E Accounting’s digital transformation efforts. A peer-to-peer support network that shares best practices can encourage industry peers to adopt more progressive practices,” management shared.
