3E Accounting Achieved NS Mark Gold Accreditation
3E Accounting has successfully achieved NS Mark Gold Accreditation for supporting National Service in Singapore by implementing pro-National Service policies and human resource practices.
As a Singaporean SME, 3E Accounting founder Lawrence Chai recognises the important role that National Service (NS) plays to guarantee the economic prosperity and security of Singapore. This is why he has put in place many Pro Work-Life NS practices to support our NSmen.
At the recruitment stage, Certificates of Service and Testimonials issued by SAF, SPF and SCDF are taken into account in 3E Accounting’s hiring process. All our NSmen did not defer their NS call-ups, and the firm provides full day off-in-lieu for NSmen who serve ICT or are mobilised on their rest-day and off-day.
Encouraging NSmen To Adopt A Healthy Lifestyle
To encourage NSmen to adopt a healthy lifestyle, the firm organises a weekly Fruit Day and sharing on healthy eating. Our employees may claim reimbursement for their fitness membership and health screening. NSmen who perform well in IPPT will receive an IPPT incentive 1-for-1 top-up with the firm giving an additional monetary award of $500 for Gold, $300 for Silver and $200 for Pass with Incentive. Upon completion of their operational ready cycle, NSmen will receive 3E Accounting’s full-time NS Operationally Ready National Service (ORNS) completion award.
