Virtual Graduation – Accountancy Future Leaders Programme (AFL)
3E Accounting congratulates a member of its management on graduating from the inaugural Accountancy Future Leaders (AFL) Programme. Conducted over 10 months from October 2019 to August 2020, the programme was created to develop future leaders in the accountancy sector.
The virtual graduation ceremony was held via Zoom on 7 August 2020. Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA) Chief Executive Officer Lee Fook Chiew and Singapore Accountancy Commission (SAC) Chief Executive Evan Law attended the event and congratulated the graduates of the inaugural AFL Programme.

What is AFL Programme
Jointly developed by ISCA and SAC, the AFL Programme provides a structured and formalised professional development pathway aimed at developing selected individuals of corporate service providers, in particular the Small and Medium Accounting Practices (SMPs), in leadership capabilities and improve the competitiveness of SMPs.
