Families for Life Thanks 3E Accounting Pte. Ltd. for Strong Support in Celebrating Families

3E Accounting is proud to be recognised by the Families for Life Council for our strong support for My Family Weekend 2019 and our firm’s adoption of family-friendly initiatives. Organised by Families for Life Council, My Family Weekend 2019 is the opportunity for all employers to show their commitment towards building family-friendly workplaces and strong families in Singapore. As 6 September falls on Teachers’ Day school holiday, pre-school centres and schools will be closed and parents need the additional support to take care of their young children.

3E Accounting Organising Staff Family Day on 6 September 2019

3E Accounting has pledged our support to this initiative by organising our Staff Family Day on 6 September 2019 as part of My Family Weekend 2019. We do it because we understand the crucial role employers can play in helping parents by building a family-friendly workplace. In a recent poll conducted by the National Talent and Population Division (NTPD), 92% of respondents chose supportive bosses and understanding colleagues as a very important factor to help them meet their work and family responsibilities.

6 September is not just 3E Accounting’s Family Day, it is also our Bring Your Family to Work Day (BYFTWD) and our Eat with your Family Day (EWYFD) when all our employees can leave the office an hour early to have meals with their families. This is on top of the staggered working hours or flexible work arrangement (FWAs) available to employees, and it is because 3E Accounting puts staff at the centre of our efforts, with a focus on a family-oriented culture, promoting a healthy lifestyle and life-long learning.
